Our Commitment
Every product TurfCo sells is new, genuine, and manufacturer-branded, sourced through regular distribution channels. We never sell replicas, counterfeits, knock-offs, or unauthorized clones. If an item is anything other than a new retail item of the brand and model shown, it is not listed on this site.
What "New" Means Here
Unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, every item is:
- New and unused: never owned, returned, or refurbished
- In original manufacturer packaging, with any factory seals intact
- Complete: everything the manufacturer includes in the retail packaging
- Properly labeled: original manufacturer labels, tags, and model information present and unaltered
- Current retail stock, not display or sample units
We do not sell open-box, refurbished, or reconditioned goods. If we ever do, it will be stated in the product title, on the product page, and at checkout, never in fine print.

Brand names, logos, and model numbers are the property of their respective owners. We use them to identify the goods we sell. This does not mean we are affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these manufacturers.
Warranty
Every item we ship is new and genuine, and your order confirmation email is your dated proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Where a manufacturer offers a warranty, its terms vary by brand and product, and coverage is the manufacturer's decision, not ours. We cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will honor a claim.
In the first 30 days after delivery, come to us, not the manufacturer. Report a defect within 30 days of delivery and you get a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
After 30 days, the claim goes through the manufacturer's warranty: contact the manufacturer directly with your proof of purchase. If they ask for retailer details, email Contact@TurfCo.com and we will supply your order details and any documentation they need. The repair, replace, or credit decision is then the manufacturer's, not ours.
We carry that risk ourselves rather than leaving it with you: if a manufacturer does not resolve a claim for a covered defect within the first 12 months after delivery, contact us and we will replace or refund the item at our cost. This commitment, and everything else we promise in writing, is set out in full in our Warranty policy.
Pricing
Our prices are set by us and shown in USD on every product page. They reflect our purchasing and our low overhead, not a difference in the product. A lower price never means a used, grey-market, or lower-specification item.
If we ever show a "list price" comparison, it is the manufacturer's suggested retail price for that model, and we use it only where it is a genuine, current MSRP that the manufacturer actually publishes and that reflects prices at which the model is substantially sold in the U.S. market. We do not compare against a discontinued, inflated, or invented reference price. If a model's real market price has moved away from its MSRP, we drop the comparison and show the price on its own.
If You Suspect a Problem
Contact us immediately at Contact@TurfCo.com with your order number and photos of the item, its labels and tags, and the packaging.
If we confirm an item is not genuine as described, you get a full refund including all shipping, a prepaid return label, and no restocking fee, regardless of how much time has passed after delivery. We will also pull the item from sale and audit the supply line it came through.
Signs worth reporting: missing or mismatched labels or tags, packaging with misspellings or off-color printing, missing instructions, or logos, materials, sizing, or colors that differ from the manufacturer's own product.
Certifications
Where a product carries a certification or performance standard, it is applied by the manufacturer and appears on the product or its packaging. We do not test, certify, or independently verify products ourselves, and we sell them in the manufacturer's packaging as supplied to us.

We cooperate fully with brand-protection teams. Manufacturers and rights holders may contact Contact@TurfCo.com with authenticity or listing concerns and will get a response within 1 business day.
