What We Do
TurfCo is an online retailer of new American football accessories sold to customers in the United States. Every listing shows the manufacturer brand, model, and specifications.
Our catalog covers Mouthguards & Lip Guards, Chin Straps & Wrist Coaches, Arm Sleeves & Bands, Training & Sideline.
We carry products from Shock Doctor, Battle Sports, Cutters, Schutt, and SKLZ.
When you place an order, payment is collected securely through Shopify Payments. We fulfill and ship to the address you provide. Order confirmation and tracking are emailed to you. You can check status on the Track order page or request cancellation of an unshipped order on the Cancel order page.
Payments
Checkout is powered by Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices on product pages and in our Google product feed are shown in USD ($) and match what you pay at checkout, plus applicable sales tax.

Returns and Refunds
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return label is included in every package, there is no restocking fee, and nothing is deducted for shipping. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, through Shopify Payments to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened or used mouthguards and lip guards cannot be returned; unopened mouthguards and lip guards are returnable within 30 days, and defective items are always returnable. Warranty
Beyond the manufacturer's own warranty, we give our own written TurfCo Limited Warranty, which runs for 12 months from delivery. Report a defect in the first 30 days and you deal with us directly: free replacement or full refund, your choice, with a prepaid label and no restocking fee. After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies where one is offered. If a manufacturer does not resolve a claim for a covered defect within those 12 months, we replace or refund the item ourselves. Product Authenticity
We sell new products exactly as described on each product page, showing the manufacturer brand and model. We do not sell replicas or counterfeits: Product Authenticity.
